Good digital customer experience is easy to recognize, but difficult to deliver. It’s the sum total of all customer interactions as well as the behind-the-scenes activities that enable and power these interactions — the people, systems, technology and processes.
To tie all our interactions into a cohesive experience, we applied a holistic and agile approach to the development of Gore Connect.
We planned and phased this development roadmap to meet the short-term and long term business needs of Gore PSD in China. In the next chapter, we'll cover how we can extract business value from Gore Connect, to help us navigate an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment.
