With an overview of all the touch points in our customer journey, we now need to determine how best to leverage the capabilities of Gore Connect. Depending on the role that we are assigning it, Gore Connect can either be the central communication platform to engage with prospects and customers or it can play a supportive role in supplementing other key touch points. Below are some examples of the roles that Gore Connect can take on in relation to lead generation initiatives:
Improve customer experience of collecting data from leads at an offline trade event
Consolidate data on leads and automatically upload into Salesforce
Collect customer feedback about a particular campaign
While determining what role Gore Connect can play, it is important to check with DCoE for any new feature upgrades or technical implications to consider in order to support the customer journey we have in mind. As Gore Connect is an evolving tool, this check will provide clarity on what Gore Connect can and cannot do at that point in time.
