Now that we've determined the role of Gore Connect, we need to plan what type of data we want from our target audience. For lead generation, DCoE has already developed a series of questions (refer to below) to help us better qualify the lead as well as their needs. These data are captured via a series of questions that are spread across the customer experience.

If there's a need to create a new set of questions, refrain from asking your prospects too many questions such that the experience becomes tedious and potentially frustrating. Work with DCoE on how best to integrate and spread your questions across the customer experience.
